Committee dream meaning
Dreaming of a committee suggests being unexpectedly drawn into distasteful work. If a committee waits on you, the task assigned may instead be laborious but unproductive.
Dream scenarios
- 1
Dreaming of a committee
You may be surprised by an assignment to do distasteful work.
- 2
A committee waits on you
You may be assigned labor that proves unfruitful.
Personal symbolism
A committee can bring shared decisions and assigned responsibilities into a dream. Here, its presence suggests that work you dislike may arrive unexpectedly. When the committee waits on you, the emphasis shifts to labor that produces little or nothing. Notice whether you were part of the group, facing its expectations, or receiving its service. The dream’s mood may echo how much control you feel over your workload and whether an obligation seems worthwhile. Consider what the task demands of you and what you expect it to yield.
Questions to reflect on
- Did you belong to the committee or did it wait on you?
- What unwanted task may be approaching?
- Does a current effort feel unlikely to bear fruit?
