Dreaming of a portfolio
Your employment will not be to your liking, and you will seek a change in location.
Personal symbolism
A portfolio can hold plans, documents, or the work you present to others. Here, it points toward employment that does not feel satisfying and a wish to change location. Notice what the portfolio contained, whether you carried it toward or away from somewhere, and what you felt about your work. Those details may help distinguish a desire for a new workplace from a broader longing for a different environment.
