Reapers dream meaning
Busy reapers suggest prosperity and contentment, unless they work through dried stubble, which points to poor crops and declining business. Idle reapers suggest discouragement amid prosperity; a broken reaping machine points to lost employment or trade disappointment.

Personal symbolism
Reapers gather what has grown, making their activity a picture of work and its results. Busy, effective work suggests contentment and prosperity, while dried stubble changes the scene toward scarcity and business decline. Idle reapers can signal a discouraging interruption during an otherwise successful period. A broken machine focuses the dream on employment or trade disappointment. Notice whether the work looked productive, barren, still, or damaged.
